Welcome to FluidBay, the online shop dedicated to hydraulics.

Shipment

Shipping costs are estimated in the "Cart" area. They depend on the value of the goods, their weight and the place of delivery, and include packing costs. These expenses are clearly indicated in the summary of the order. Shipments are made by express courier organized by our company and sent to the shipping address filled out by the customer during the order.

At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, you are required to check the correspondence of the products with what is indicated in the accompanying invoice and in the delivery note of the carrier, and the integrity of the packaging. The existence of any damage or the mismatch of the number of packages, must be immediately contested. In case of no dispute, the customer accepts the delivered goods.

Delivery time

The available products will be shipped within 14 working days from the order confirmation. Delivery may be delayed, up to a maximum of 20 working days from the order, in case of products of particular production complexity or special customizations. In case of delay in delivery, you will be promptly notified by our staff to one of the contact details that you provided at the time of registration.

Custom fees

The delivery of the products is understood as agreed FCA (Incoterms 2020), Seller’s establishment. Any customs charges will be charged to the buyer directly by the freight forwarder and due to him upon delivery of the goods.

Contract

The purchase contract is considered completed when the company becomes aware of the order.

Right of withdrawal

Without any penalty and without the obligation to justify your decision, you have the right to withdraw from the contract up to 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods at the address you provided us at the time of registration. It makes full proof of the receipt the date brought back on the delivery note.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, enter the "Profile - Orders" section within the above term, search for the order you want to return and select the "Returned Item" button. Then fill in all parts of the form and send it. The button can only be viewed when the order is in the "completed" phase and for the period in which the return is allowed. Within the same period, you must return the goods to the headquarters of Hydronit Srl, via Pastrengo 62, 20814 Varedo, Italy, in the following conditions:

Following the withdrawal and the return, once received the goods and verified their integrity, Fluidbay will provide, within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal, to credit your bank account for all the amounts paid, including both the cost of returned products and delivery costs.

Guarantee and warranty return

Hydronit guarantees the conformity of its products, meaning that the products are free of defects in materials and/ or workmanship and that they comply with the specifications indicated in the company catalogs of our supplier (it is possible to consult them at www.hydronit.com).

On the products sold online, the company provides the legal guarantee of compliance with the conditions and terms of the Italian Consumer Code, referred to in art. 128 and ss. of D. Lgs. 206/2005.

The warranty expires whenever the products have been mounted or used incorrectly, with due diligence and in compliance with the intended use, have been insufficiently maintained or have been modified or repaired without the authorization of the seller, and in the absence of presentation of the delivery note by the customer.

Any lack of conformity of the product can be reported within 60 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The company is not liable for defects in product conformity due to normal wear and tear of those parts which, by their nature, are subject to rapid and continuous wear and tear.

Our operators will help you to solve the problem encountered in using the product you have purchased and, if necessary, will guide you to quickly return the goods to our company.

Once the conditions for exercising the right of guarantee have been satisfied, the company will repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, bearing the costs of returning and delivering the replacement product. If replacement is not possible, Fluidbay will refund the full price paid, including delivery costs, within 14 working days from the date on which the company verified the problem.
